Are you up to viewing this month’s Cooking with #Rosemary March Challenge with me?
Thanks to Karen From Lavender and Lovage in issuing this month’s challenge: Rosemary!
I have HEAPS of rosemary in my garden and seems like it is one of the few plants or herbs that I seemingly can’t kill!
Let me tell you, it is a thrill!
Karen shared with us that:
Rosemary is a robust and most versatile herb with a flavour that complements a wide variety of dishes and ingredients. Native to the Mediterranean, its bittersweet green leaves resemble pine needles. The plant is an evergreen shrub, so the leaves are available fresh all year round. (BBC – Food)
